Their number should be plastered all about your GUS documentation. The daughterboard has worked fine for me--no glitches, and it seems to improve the _output_ quality of the GUS as well as allow 16-bit sampling (does the GUS use the 16-bit codec for D/A when it is installed? anyone?). > Date: Wed, 22 Feb 95 10:59:29 GMT > From: hickinl@VNET.IBM.COM > Subject: DOS Based Sequencer > > Dear All, > Having just transfered from SBpro to GUSMAX I am looking for a sequencer > comparable in usage to the Voyetra Sequencer shipped with the SBpro to use > with the GUSMAX (I know Voyetra is VERY basic but I'm used to it). It's still Windows-based, but it's really really cheap: the fully functional shareware WinJammer. Dunno where to find it, but it's a basic track-based, piano-roll-editing sequencer for Windows. Few frills, but i produced my first industrial release using it alone . . . it gets the job done. []. .[] ]\/[atthe]/\[ ]\/[. ]\[orda]\[, here at mnordan@minerva.cis.yale.edu. Hi! Are there anyone using GUS (Max) and Cubase (sequencer for PC)? Does Cubase (any version) support patch cache? There are one little mention about Cubase and patch cache in FAQ, but I really like to have few comments from people who are actually using Cubase and GUS. Is patch cacheing in Cubase as convenient as in Cakewalk Pro 3.0? Any comments appreciated (I'm planning to buy a sequencer, maybe Cubase v.2.5, very soon...). //////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// Tuomas Koskela University of Oulu Department of Physical Sciences Phone: (981) 553 1341 FY 275 Linnanmaa 90570 OULU FINLAND (E-Mail: Tuomas.Koskela@oulu.fi) /////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 22 Feb 1995 18:30:04 -0500 (EST) From: msciriol@eos.ncsu.edu Subject: unsubscribe unsubscribe ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 22 Feb 95 20:11:04 From: Jason Nunn Subject: Vanishing Mouse Cursor Under WFW 3.11 Message-ID: <100@yngminds.demon.co.uk> >Now that I get V3.57 installed, when I load WFW 3.11, my mouse cursor >will not show up! The cursor disappears immediately before the program manager window opens. It only happens the first time I run windows after a reboot, if I exit windows and restart windows again, the cursor works normally.
